Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Who we are

USUKCT Consulting is operated by Construct Techniques Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Registered office and correspondence address:
476 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 6QU, United Kingdom.

For privacy enquiries or to exercise your data protection rights, email ray@usukct.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us, request a consultation or enquire about our services, we may collect your name, email address, role, organisation, location or time zone, and the information and attachments you choose to provide.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or information about other people unless necessary and you are authorised to share it.

Our website and its service providers may also process technical information associated with your visit, such as your IP address and browser information.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess whether our services are suitable, arrange consultations and provide agreed services.

We rely on our legitimate interests in managing business enquiries and communicating with prospective clients. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, or we provide services under a contract with you, we rely on that contractual purpose. We may also retain information where necessary to meet legal obligations.

Optional email updates

If you choose to subscribe, we may email you Boardroom Pulse and occasional USUKCT Consulting insights. Subscription is optional and is separate from requesting our services.

We rely on your consent for these emails. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting ray@usukct.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate our website, handle enquiries and arrange consultations. These include GoDaddy for the website and enquiry handling, Calendly for appointment scheduling, Zoom for online meetings, and Google reCAPTCHA for protection against automated submissions.

These providers may process information needed to deliver their services. When you use a third-party booking or meeting service, its own privacy notice also applies.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary for advice, legal obligations or legal claims.

International data processing

The service providers we use may store or process personal information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.

Their published terms describe transfer arrangements that include, where applicable, UK-recognised adequacy arrangements, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. The arrangement depends on the provider, service and destination.

For further information about the arrangements relevant to your information, or how to obtain a copy of applicable contractual safeguards, contact ray@usukct.com.

How long we keep information

For enquiries that do not become client work, we retain the enquiry and its attachments for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention.

For client work, retention depends on the services provided, contractual requirements, applicable legal obligations and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We retain subscription information while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal record to ensure we respect your choice.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses GoDaddy’s cookie banner to offer a choice about its website analytics tracking. This tracking helps us understand website traffic and improve the website experience.

You can select Accept to allow this tracking or Decline to refuse it. According to GoDaddy, its cookie tracking is enabled only when you select Accept.

Third-party features, such as Google reCAPTCHA, may also process technical information under their providers’ privacy notices.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website features.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer of your information.

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests and to the use of your information for direct marketing.

Contact ray@usukct.com to make a request.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our services or data-handling practices change.
